Eighty-Nine Enterprises, LLC is a construction and mechanical contracting company serving commercial, institutional, and government clients. Founded in 2017, we self-perform field work and manage the trades, equipment, and coordination required to complete projects safely and on schedule.

Our work spans mechanical and piping systems, underground utilities, excavation and site work, concrete, facility renovations, and general construction. We are accustomed to working inside operating facilities where access, shutdowns, and occupant impacts must be planned in advance.

We plan the work before it starts: sequencing, manpower, long-lead materials, subcontractor scopes, inspections, and shutdown windows. During construction we keep owners, engineers, and facility personnel informed so decisions get made quickly and the schedule holds.

Safety planning is built into every project from the beginning. Site-specific plans, activity hazard analyses, daily coordination, competent-person oversight, and field supervision keep our employees, subcontractors, facility personnel, and the public protected.

We build to the plans, specifications, and applicable codes, and we document what we do. Preparatory, initial, and follow-up inspections, testing, and closeout documentation give owners confidence that the work was completed correctly.
