Government Projects

Commercial Plumbing
Domestic water, sanitary waste and vent, storm, fixtures, water heaters, and backflow prevention for commercial and institutional buildings.
Underground Utilities
Installation and replacement of buried water, sewer, storm, steam, and process utilities, including locating, tie-ins, testing, and restoration.
Excavation & Trenching
Excavation performed under competent-person oversight with shoring, shielding, sloping, spoil management, and access controls appropriate to soil conditions and depth.
Manholes & Utility Structures
Precast and cast-in-place manholes, vaults, pits, and utility structures, including setting, sealing, piping penetrations, and grade adjustment.
Concrete Construction
Foundations, slabs, equipment pads, walls, sidewalks, and structural repairs, including formwork, reinforcing, placement, finishing, and curing.
Facility Renovations
Interior and exterior renovations in occupied buildings, coordinated with owner operations, dust and noise controls, and phased access.
Equipment Installation
Rigging, setting, alignment, and connection of mechanical and process equipment, including coordination with electrical and controls trades.
Demolition
Selective interior demolition and structural removals, with utility isolation, protection of adjacent areas, and debris management.
Site Restoration
Backfill, compaction, pavement and curb replacement, topsoil, seeding, and cleanup so the site is returned in acceptable condition.
Government Projects
Construction and infrastructure work for federal, state, and local agencies, executed with the documentation, quality control, and coordination these projects require.
Preventive Maintenance & Facility Repairs
Scheduled and as-needed repairs to mechanical systems, piping, and building components to keep facilities operating reliably.
